What data we process and why
The data provided when making a booking (first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, invoice details) are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the accommodation agreement, for settlement and for tax obligations. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR. The data are retained for the period required by tax regulations.
Online bookings are made through an external booking system, the operator of which processes the data as a processor acting on our behalf. Payments are handled by the payment operator specified in the booking system.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to collect visit statistics, and Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Cookies related to measurement and advertising are only set after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. With your consent for statistics, we also use Microsoft Clarity: anonymous scroll and click recordings and click maps, which help us improve the usability of the website. The content of the booking form is masked in these recordings. To detect technical errors on the website, we use Sentry: error data, page data and browser data, with no IP address, no personal data and no cookies. You can change your consent at any time by deleting cookies from your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. For matters concerning your data, please write to kontakt@elegante.com.pl.
Monitoring
The car park and shared areas of the property are monitored to ensure the safety of guests and property. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days.
