Terms and conditions of booking

Making a booking is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions set out below.
At Elegante Apartments, the check-in day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:30 on the day of check-out.
Bookings can be made via the website: elegante.com.pl or by telephone with the reception.
For telephone bookings, please read the terms and conditions (at the bottom of the website) and send proof of payment (bank transfer) to the following e-mail address: kontakt@elegante.com.pl, where you will receive confirmation of your booking.
A prepayment is required on the day of booking:
- 50% of the total stay price for bookings made up to 90 days before arrival
- 60% of the total stay price for bookings made up to 30 days before arrival
- 100% of the total stay price for bookings made up to 3 days before arrival
The remaining balance for stays of more than 3 nights must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
No refunds will be issued for late arrival or early departure.
In the event of a cancellation, the prepayment made will not be refunded.
If the guest fails to check in on the first night of their stay, the booking will be cancelled and the prepayment made will not be refunded.
Guests are required to present a valid form of identification at reception for check-in.
